A rich, dark fruit cake made with vine fruits, figs and Morello cherries infused in Yorkshire Sloe Gin, then topped with more figs and brazil nuts. Once baked, the cake is infused with more sloe gin to make it deliciously moist. Presented in a Bettys tin to keep. 12cm diameter | 800g.
